As part of a father-daughter team with #1 Properties, I am proud to work alongside my dad, Marc Dempsey, bringing clients the benefit of nearly 40 years of combined real estate experience. Together, we have helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate transactions involving residential homes, commercial properties, vacant land, and investment real estate.

Helping buyers is one of our greatest passions. Both Marc and I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)designation, allowing us to provide knowledgeable guidance and strong advocacy throughout the home-buying process. I also hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, giving me specialized training to help older adults and their families navigate downsizing, aging in place, and major life transitions.
